Acquire ownership of a building to house and operate the CSF’s board office.
According to the judge, the CSF has the right to a board office that is substantively equivalent to the board offices of competing English-language schools, but there is no lack of equality at present (unlike the situation that existed in 2010, at the outset of the litigation).
The CSF and the Fédération des parents francophones will ask, as regards the CSF’s Board Office, that the Court of Appeal declare that the province currently does not pay a large enough proportion of leasing costs for the current CSF Board Office, and that it should pay a larger proportion.
No new developments.
