Legal action: Supreme Court of Canada to hand down its decision on Friday, June 12, 2020

Richmond, June 8, 2020 – The Supreme Court has just announced that its ruling in Conseil scolaire francophone de la Colombie-Britannique, Fédération des parents francophones de Colombie-Britannique, et al. versus, Her Majesty The Queen in Chief of the Province of British Columbia, The Minister of Education of British Columbia (38332), will be handed down on Friday, June 12, 2020 at 9:45 a.m. (Eastern Time), 6:45 am (Pacific Time).
